Shipping Costs & Delivery Schedules

Please allow up to 1-2 business days to process and pack your order. Processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Packages shipped to Canadian addresses do not require a signature for delivery.

Shipping will be calculated at check out and is based on weight and current Canada Post shipping rates 

*During Checkout you will see the total price, including taxes, shipping and handling charges, in Canadian dollars before you place your order. Your credit card will be charged in Canadian dollars according to the charges displayed during Checkout.

For standard orders, your total order delivery time will take between 4-9 business days, depending on the final delivery destination (*Out of Country shipping and Covid may delay shipping times).  For expedited shipping, your total order delivery time will be between 1-3 business days (depending on the method of shipment and final delivery destination, *Covid may delay shipping times). 

Please note we cannot guarantee expedited delivery to P.O. Boxes, rural postal codes or Territories.

Exchanges

Please bring the product and the receipt to Island Home Outfitters location for exchange. If you do not live near the Island Home Outfitters store, simply contact our Customer Experience team by phone at 1-(705) 377-4433 or by email at hello@islandhomeoutfitters.com,  Once the product has been received at our warehouse, we will issue you store credit onto a gift card. * ALL exchanges are subject to review*
